BEGINNING COPPER FOIL STAINED GLASS -
Maximum 9 Students
This three-week course in copper foil techniques will include the
pattern and materials necessary to construct a small panel. Tools are
not included, although there may be a few rental tools available.

BEGINNING LEAD STAINED GLASS - Maximum 9
Students
This three-week course will teach you the basics of lead window
construction. Patterns and lead are included. Students will need to
pick their pattern and purchase their own glass the week before class.

ADVANCED LEAD WINDOWS Maximum 8 Students
Our experts will be available to assist you in building your larger or
more intricate lead piece (must fit on a 2x 2 workboard or
alternate arrangements must be made). Glass, lead and pattern are not
included. Students must have their own tools.

BEGINNING GLASS FUSING Maximum 12 Students
This class is a three-week introductory course in glass fusing and
slumping. All materials are supplied. Required tools are a glass cutter
and breaking tools. Three projects will be completed during the class
period. Recommended reference book is The Fused Glass Handbook by
Gil Reynolds.

WATCHES Maximum 6 Students
We will supply the fused components, watch face, sterling silver wire,
beads and findings to make a complete watch which you will finish in
class and take home. No experience necessary.

ICE
CREAM SOCIAL AND FUSING! Maximum 9 Students
We will create a full fused 7 round bowl that will be slumped into a
perfect cone-shape, and then we will enjoy an ice cream sundae! All
glass, fusing and slumping will be provided. Project will be available
for pickup the following week. No experience necessary.

WINDCATCHER Maximum 10 Students
You will embellish three rectangles with frit, fused nuggets, stringers
and glass. While these are fusing you will work on the connecting wire
work and beading. You will also make a 4 round lightcatcher. This
will be fused after class and available for pickup the following week.
All glass, wire and beads are included. No experience necessary.

MOLD
MAKING WITH MELISSA - Maximum 10 Students
This class covers three dimensional mold making. A plaster mold will be
made from a sculpture, then cast in wax for use in making another mold
to be filled with glass. We will cover creating a permanent mold for
repeatable castings. Firing schedules for thick molds and their
preparation will be discussed. All materials are included.

GLASS COASTERS Maximum 9 Students
You will make a set of 4 full-fused coasters. The basics of strip
cutting will be covered. All glass, stringers, noodles, frit and tools
will be provided. No experience necessary. Tiles will be fired and
available for pickup the following week.

CABOCHON NECKLACE Maximum 9 Students
You will make a dichroic cabochon. While that is being fused you will
learn how to wirework a square cabochon using sterling silver square
wire. You will go home with a finished necklace and cabochon for your
next necklace. All materials are included. No experience necessary.

We will have pre-cut pieces ready to be assembled and embellished with
dichroic, glass, frit and stringers. All glass, wire and miscellaneous
adornments are included. No experience necessary. Project will be fired

LIKE IT HOT MOSAICS Maximum 9 Students
You are going to make a 15 X 15 framed mosaic mirror. The piece
will consist of a 5 x 7 mirror with fused elements and mosaic
pieces around the mirror. The frame, mirror, glue, grout and pattern
are included. Fusible class glass is available for use, but background
glass is not included. No fusing experience is needed.
